Service Description: Cheap Data Ghana provides data bundle purchases and result checker services for Ghanaian networks (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo). Services are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for network outages or delivery failures beyond our control.

Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability may change without notice. Always check the prices page before purchase. Displayed prices include any applicable markups for convenience services.

Data Bundle Terms: Purchased data bundles are non-transferable once delivered and are subject to the terms of your network provider. Bundles are non-expiry unless otherwise stated.

Result Checker Services: WAEC and BECE result checker cards are for personal use only. Serial numbers and PINs are delivered digitally and should be used immediately. We are not responsible for exam board policies or result availability.

Discount Sharing System: Referral discounts are earned when friends make purchases through your shared links. Discount availability and rates may be modified or suspended at our discretion to ensure fair usage.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Paystack; Cheap Data Ghana does not store payment information. Successful payments are non-refundable except in cases of clear system error or non-delivery.

Refunds and Disputes: Refunds are issued at our discretion for failed deliveries or system errors. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase. Paystack handles all payment disputes according to their policies.

User Conduct: Users must provide accurate information and use services legally. Abuse of the discount system, fraudulent purchases, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

Privacy: We collect minimal personal data necessary for service delivery. Your information is protected and not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing.

Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
